Log message:
* Preparations for more changes in the sound subsystem
* 'Display' now defaults to using black (not port fg colour)
* 'Display' now updates the port drawing positions
* Window titlebars are one pixel less in size
* Windows are now drawn one pixel closer to the bottom

The latter 4 changes are in response to Matt's unit tests; please verify!
Also note that a recent update caused non-titlebared windows to be drawn
about 10 pixels higher than correct. Will fix later if possible.
