IIRC, Glutton should work on Win32, it's just that savegame.c should not be
included in the build process.

Where available, it defaults to %HOMEDRIVE% %HOMEPATH% now, as opposed to
%WINDIR% (the idea being that non-administrators can install it in their
home directory now).
