If you look at it in terms of time and effort, quite a lot. On the other
hand, however, it costs whatever it costs. :)

The best bet would probably be makers of a defunct typing system, who might
be persuaded to let their fonts go for very little because of
publicity/altruistic reasons, or perhaps even to upset the competition.
There are a lot of different ways to market old software - check out
'digitalBangla.org' for one of the more imaginative. These guys say they
want to promote use of Bangla on computers, so if properly approached, they
might be forthcoming. My advice is, don't wave bucks around until you've
checked out other options first!
