We want to use Linphone open-source application for audio and video call, with end to end media encryption,

We have installed flexisip server on our domain sip5.wemetgroup.com

Now following our configuration related queries are there

how we shall add users on flexisip server?
is there any open source or paid backend available? like for asterisk suggest sangoma..
for an end to end encryption which port we shall use? TLS or TCP?
how we shall configure on flexisip server and on linphone application?
