Hi,
I'm opening another thread for a different question, always relating to polymers simulated with tabulated potentials.
What is the angle convention in tabulated dihedral potentials?
Is it the inverse of built-in dihedral potentials, as with angle potentials?
My manual (3.4-dev-502-g9938cc3) says nothing about it.
Best,
Paul
