No, I did not, because I saw this in dbus.el:

;; D-Bus support in the Emacs core can be disabled with configuration
;; option "--without-dbus".  Declare used subroutines and variables.

I was sloppy and did not check the configure script and thought,
because of the above, that dbus support is built by default. By the
way, is it smart to include dbus.el when dbus is not included? I know,
this is a question for emacs devel...

I will make a new build and see, thanks!
