[emms-help] emms-playlist-mode: truncate lines and goto-dired

The first patch is self explanatory.

The second binds "D" to a function which visits the emms-playlist-mode
track-at-point in a dired buffer. This is the equivalent of
`emms-browser-view-in-dired' for emms-playlist-mode.

Unfortunately, the keybindings are exactly the opposite between
emms-playlist-mode and emms-browser in this regard, with "D" and "d"
meaning the opposite things,

If nobody says otherwise in a reasonable amount of time, I'll switch "d"
and "D" around in emms-playlist-mode.

Patches should also be available via my Emms repo at:
http://yrk.nfshost.com/repos/emms/
