I keep my header and footer in separate files.  They may be found in
the examples/mwolson directory of Muse.

If you're using the xhtml publishing style, customize
muse-xhtml-header and muse-xhtml-footer.  For the html publishing
style, it's muse-html-header and muse-html-footer.

If you want certain things to show up in Emacs (not just in the
published version) for each Planner page, you'll want to customize
planner-day-page-template instead.
