I've added this font-locking problem to my to-do list.  Muse doesn't
have this problem, but I've noticed it in emacs-wiki.  It should be
fixable, given free time to do the fixing :^) .

Thanks!  I've changed most of the defaults for functions and variables
to iso-8859-1 instead of utf-8, when applicable.  For future
reference, this particular problem can be averted by changing
`emacs-wiki-publish-url-coding-system' to 'iso-8859-1, or so I hope.

The fix is in emacs-wiki--main--1.0--patch-100, or the latest
development tarball at
http://www.mwolson.org/static/dist/emacs-wiki-latest.tar.gz.
