If you want links to be emphasized, try doing something like
*[[SuperLink][superlink]]*.

Also note that in the next version of emacs-wiki, the '*' characters
inside of the second set of brackets will not be interpreted
incorrectly as emphasis.  You might want to try out the latest
development tarball at
http://www.mwolson.org/static/dist/emacs-wiki-latest.tar.gz for best
results, since the 2.69 release could do strange things to the link.
