I'm curious what is different about annotations for tasks and notes that gave
rise to having a separate function for planner-create-note-from-task but not
for planner-create-task-from-note. Like, why doesn't creating a note while on a
task just pick up the annotation information from the task using
planner-create-task-from-buffer?

I'll read the code too :) But maybe there is a design idea here that I'm
missing.
