Have a look at:

That being said, you can run planner-edit-task-description to make
your changes, or use planner-id.el to have it happen automatically on
save.  The latter works for me.

I like planner-id.  People don't like the visual cruft of
{{Task:167}}, however, I just set the face colour to the background
colour, and the cruft goes away.  Well, except the blank space, but
that could be worse.  I guess I should try Sacha's icon.  Hmmmm, where
is that anyways?
