wikisync.sh[1] syncs with Memo Pad on the Palm.  Some people use it
with the MegaWiki[2] hack, but I can't because hacks don't work on my
Palm.

It would be nice to have something that synchs task lists with the To
Do List or even a complete Palm application that acts like planner
mode.
