I don't know if it's ok to reuse/extend this thread,
but another feature that doesn't work in c-ts-mode is
c-toggle-comment-style.
Initially the mode uses /* */ style comments.
If after c-toggle-comment-style, commenting anything leads to:

'comment-or-uncomment-region: Args out of range: "", 0, 1'
