FWIW: That file dosn't crash my emacs, built on Debian/Buster:

In GNU Emacs 29.0.50 (build 4, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit, cairo version 
 of 2021-11-21 built on no

Configured using:

 --with-x-toolkit=lucid --without-toolkit-scroll-bars
 --enable-checking=yes --enable-check-lisp-object-type
