Like in all the other languages with
modules/packages/classes/namespaces/structures/clusters, yes.

PS: In case you're not familiar with some of those terms, "structures"
is the term used in Standard ML (and then OCaml) and "clusters" was used
in CLU which was one of the precursors in this area (which had
a profound influence, tho AFAIK noone kept that name).
