Ah, wasn't sure either, according to the Emacs Wiki[1]:
Guile-based Emacs (possibly called **“guilemacs”** or Guile-Emacs) is a
branch of GNU Emacs that replaces Emacs’s own EmacsLisp engine with that of
Guile.
