That is, say I'm looking at foobar.foo, and I get the urge to see the
current directory in dired, well, there are 2 out of 3 chances that
instead of the cursor being routinely placed at the top of the list, I
want it lying on top of foobar.foo .
If there is not already an existing dired buffer it may be reasonable,
but the "2 out of 3" is wildly dependent on usage. In fact, for me it
may be 1 out of 3. If this promotes the current behaviour is not clear
to me.
