Does anyone else get multiple copies of some (but not all) messages?
For example, Sam's message (reproduced below) got to me 5 times.

I see similar problems with other mailman-managed lists, such as
help-gnu-emacs, bug-gnu-utils, bug-texinfo, etc.

Who is maintaining the GNU mailing lists?  I'd like to report these
annoying problems.
