Details:

Running a cleanup against an rsync account with cvs duplicity I get:

Running 'sftp  ch-s010.rsync.net' (attempt #1)
Invalid SSH password

Notice the missing username (which is the root cause for the password error,
since the key that I normally use is not authorized for the non-existent
remote user account with the same name as my local account).

I won't have time to debug this right now, so filing a bug instead. Perhaps
related to recent url parsing changes?
