I assure you that `command' is a perfectly valid command. I know that
command is present in Texinfo 4.0 and later, but I don't know anything
about earlier versions. Do makeinfo --version, and if you have
something before 4.1 (when @copying and @insertcopying were added),
get the latest Texinfo source release and use that instead.
