Hi folks,

here's a little update on what's been happening in the Forum project.

Project status: Waiting to be approved

I got started on some design documents, coding conventions and startup
code. 

I also got a question: what functionality do the webservice
servers(SEE,DEE,VRS) provide to the webservice?

That's all for this time,  I hope to have more next time (preferably a
message that the project got approved :-).
