[DotGNU]CVS tree broken for libffi update

For the next few hours, the CVS tree for pnet will
be unbuildable.

I'm upgrading the libffi package, and it requires
some surgery to the tree that will leave it in
intermediate stages that are not buildable.

I'll re-post to the list when the CVS tree is back
to normal once more.

The pnetlib tree should remain OK to work on.  This
only affects pnet.
