Hmm. That's interesting. I perceive web services as
any service that's offered on the web regardless of
technology. MS touting loudly about this is of course
just a marketing trick but maybe people perceive web
services as something more specific?
The document about web transports describes a strategy
to use existing services instead of re-writing them/
making clones.
