[Dolibarr-dev] Dolibarr v8 branch

Good news, the version 8 of Dolibarr is on the road. So i created the branch 8.0.

Any fixes done on Dolibarr erp crm can now be pushed on this branch (or any lower branch since fix on lower branches are merged frequently into main current branch and develop branch)
