A security patch should be PR'd on the earliest affected version with a comment about severity so we can merge to latest branches faster.

A dolibarr.es user noticed a problem with LDAP login that it is fixed with just a few characters of code. Since is a security problem, should a PR be made into 3.4 or 3.5 branch?
