- Please find the issue/bug in detail.
After creating and validating a customer proposal, at the bottom there will be a button called Send by Email appears. The user (address@hidden) sends the proposal through email with the help of that button. – Till now everything works fine!
The issue is: Once the customer approved the proposal and normally replies to the same email. [Here shows the sender is (address@hidden) not address@hidden], actually user jaipal is the sender and owner of the proposal !! This email will not come to the sender’s mail box, it will land on the mail box where the emails created on setup page (address@hidden)
Here by I am attaching the screen shot for your info. Is this a bug ?

- Sorry i don't understand report.
Category is "mailman and spip". And think you refer to email sent from proposal ? So category should be proposal (mailman module is an interface to an external tool called mailman).

- In more precise : The sender mail is returned to this id: SMTP ID if authentication required.
This may be because using POP/SMTP for mail setup. |
