In case you hadn't noticed :-) all the gnu.org mailing lists are
experiencing glacial delays in delivering messages (as much as 24 hours
or more). This is due AFAIK to the enormous amount of spam that came
from all the MS viruses. Currently I think there is someone at gnu.org
that is sorting messages by hand so that the mailing list doesn't get
overloaded.
