It was not totally fresh:
A former GNUstep.sh was sourced before I deleted the /GNUstep dir, so
$GNUSTEP_ROOT, $GNUSTEP_FLATTENED etc. were defined

I undefined all GNUSTEP_* variables, now it seem to work/compile
properly!
