Hi Adam,
In my opinion GNUstep is a develop environment first. Next I want a
packaging scheme (currently writing the prototypes for Slackware) that
builds with both xdps and xgps. I think the user must have the ability to
choose the AppKit backend he/she wants.
So I say use the deep structure. In the end all directory structure parts
should be hidden by the file manager and users won't be confused (atleast
that is what NeXT did AFAIK).
