Version 3.3 is not in Synaptic, yet. You'll have to install it from the tarball or from git (you should remove 3.2.2 using Synaptic first, though).

http://www.sbrac.org/files/build-gnuradio  takes care of removing installed packages that would otherwise interfere, and installs the latest
   UHD and Gnu Radio from GIT, along with prerequisites, and firmware host-side installation.
