The long awaited "How to Write a Signal Processing Block" is now
available for your viewing pleasure:
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnuradio/doc/howto-write-a-block.html
You'll also want the tarball of examples that goes with it:
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnuradio/gr-howto-write-a-block-0.1.tar.gz
Please let me know of any problems, suggestions, complaints, etc.
If possible please submit a patch to fix it. The document source is
in the tarball.
Beside explaining how blocks are built, it also illustrates how to
build them in your own part of the universe, separate from
gnuradio-core. This is how you avoid getting your stuff clobbered by
CVS updates ;-)
