Look at other files, like "/app/src/pencil2d.cpp". For other possible
candidates, use a script such as the FSD Script Aid ([1]) to print a CSV
(with one of it's values being a check for the possibility of a file
having copyright notices).

Remember, that it's not only the license file that makes a project
free/libre, as it can as well have conflicting things inside (take
Chromium as example).
