Mono is, as far as I know, at least a runtime engine for C# and .NET
core stuff. I don't know if it can build, since I'm not a dedicated
developer. Trisquel at least has the runtime Mono packages, which are
used at least by Gbrainy (a puzzle game, also packaged on Trisquel).
