The least disruptive is the secoond choice - making the Hide Timesig
apply to all layouts. (The first choice is Conditional on Layout, the
second is

HideTimesig: For all layouts

only then does it go on to offer conditionality on Inclusion criteria.
But the fix means this conditionality will no longer be offered when
setting up Cadenza Time.
