Oh. oops. I just upgrade automake and recreated it then uploaded it already. It should be fine. Should we test it now from ftp and rewrite over it if it has problems?

I guess the Makefile version being a vulnerable one (stopping the
upload) means that we will have to go back one step, first uploading a
revised version to denemo.org/downloads
and then, after testing it for sanity, try to upload again. The binaries
don't need to be altered, I think, that would be unduly nit picky.
