Reading the patch it looks like for some reason some messages start with
an empty bit of text like this

msgid ""

and it wants the "" and following end-of-line to be removed. As it says,
it will do this every time unless you want to do it in your original
file. I guess all you need to do is to download the file it has posted
up and use that from now on.

Your new translation is in the git repository. If there are no further
translations imminent we should start the release process.
