When you want a multi-measure rest it would be nice to be able devote a
blank measure to them in the Denemo display (in fact, more generally, if
you are doing something by inserting LilyPond you can improve the
readability if you give it a Denemo measure in the display). To this end
I have arranged to turn off Denemo's standard output for an empty
measure (which instructs LilyPond to move over one measure) when the
measure contains a LilyPond insert.
This change I have checked in.
I've also checked in the examples/MultiMeasureRests.denemo example which
had not got added on a prior check in (seemingly because of some crash,
a git message said when I tried to commit). This illustrates the use of
the change.
In general, one of the attributes of a LilyPond insert could be a
duration which Denemo could then use to give a better display than the
current L symbol. This would be in addition to some display string.
