Summary: use clerk in browser and vote windows

* gtk2-clnt/Clerk: use also user_login in file name of saved clerk
  file. Thus we can store the questions' status  for each different login.

* gtk2-clnt/Vote: register that we have voted in case of successful
  vote.

* gtk2-clnt/Browser: 

  - register each question seen;

  - save the clerk file when leaving the browser.
