  doc/demexp-book.tex: modify to incorporate new module Clerk.

* gtk2-clnt/Clerk: new module (with autotests) that can:

  - register if a question has been seen or voted on;

  - save this information to disk and reload it.

* gtk2-clnt/Cache: remove unused field "last_update".
