Using httpunit 1.6 (note that the build initially fails if you do not 
manually create a META-INF subdirectory), and using the Apple JVM, I 
have the following results for "ant test":

GNU JavaMail:

Tests run: 548,  Failures: 0,  Errors: 35

Sun JavaMail:

Tests run: 548,  Failures: 0,  Errors: 35

The vast majority of these are MalformedURLExceptions from Xerces.
