Hi Reuben,

Sorry for the delay... I decided to do the fix properly, which involved a fair
bit of patching to bootstrap and slingshot.

On the bright side, slingshot now merges it's functions into bootstrap, so
there's no need for a separate bootstrap.slingshot, and associated glue code in
bootstrap.conf. And I've simplified slingshot.m4 quite a bit :)

Got rid of these annoying warnings at last too.

I've been bugging Steve to make a luarocks release of LDoc 1.4, to which he has
enthusiastically agreed, but has (I suppose) been too busy thus far.
None-the-less, the new slingshot bootstrap knows what additional build-time
rocks are required and will give you instructions if anything is missing.

Please let me know if you encounter any other issues.

Interesting. Seems like a good script to distribute with slingshot for sharing
among all projects.

Could I persuade you to provide a pull-request?

Cheers,
