I guess mean WinBoard?  "win chess" is not something I know anything

It sounds like you have some other program running on your machine that
has a bad resource leak.  Check what other programs you have running,
especially if you installed something that has a taskbar applet or
otherwise runs all the time.

If you can't find out what program it is, your machine might be infected
with a virus or spyware.  Update your antivirus software and run a scan,
or try the free scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/.  Also try the
free spyware removal program at http://www.spybot.info/.
