[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] default <wait>

Hi -

        I'm using the latest version of vcdimager from cvs and have noticed
        a pause between tracks on VCDs

        The documentation says that the default <wait> value is 0 but
        code generates a value of 5 thus there is a pause between tracks
        of 5 seconds:

                 _pbc->wait_time = 5;

        It is probably equally easy to change either the documentation  or the
        code ;)  

        I prefer the default in the code to be 0, then if a pause between
        tracks is desired the .xml file can be edited.
