[Bug-tar] Old info files in tar-1.15.tar.gz

The tar-1.15.tar.gz file (downloaded today from ftp.gnu.org) contains
a tar.info file in the "doc" subdirectory.  It also contains two
extraneous files, tar.info-1 and tar.info-2, which appear to be
documentation for tar verison 1.14.90.

This doesn't cause any actual problems as far as I can tell other
than eating up a little extra disk space.
