I understand this :-), signed the form understanding that I would assign
to FSF my *changes* to vacation. It's also a whole different form that
the one I signed for whois.

Actually it's supposed to become part of mailutils, this is why you have
been summoned...
(BTW, do you already have a from(1) program? It's one of the BSD-derived
packages I maintain in debian and I want to kill in favour of a better
implementation.)
