Hi Thomas, I get error "cvs server: cannot find module `gnumach-1-branch' - ignored". I am trying "cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.savannah.gnu.org:/sources/hurd co gnumach-1-branch". Is the server URL correct??? yet I dont have a linux or debian box available, is there any way i could down load latest GnuMach code (and the branch as well) on my windows desktop? Thanks - Ashish --- Thomas Schwinge <tschwinge@gnu.org> wrote:On Mon, Feb 06, 2006 at 09:59:08PM +0100, Samuel Thibault wrote: > Ashish Gokhale, le Sun 05 Feb 2006 19:07:17 +0000, a ?crit : > > I checked for the error message "cvs [checkout > > aborted]: could not chdir to gnumach/i386/aux: Invalid > > argument" > > I am using windows2000 to download & study the GnuMach > > source code. Regards, Thomas
Egads, why would you want to bring to Windows? Anyway, what you want is:cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sv.gnu.org:/sources/hurd co -r gnumach-1-branch gnumach
