Hmm. Memory corruption.  I can't reproduce the failure,
on either of my machines. But, I'm not surprised that 
the forms library could have a problem. There is a section
of code that isn'tstraightforward in the way it uses memory.

I don't have a work-around to offer.  I'll have to
dig into it.
