Copy with Grub

Hello,
I would like to have stations with WindowsNT, Linux and DOS. They 
are destined for students, therefore they need some protection. 
Problem is with dos partition and files located there. This is reason, 
why I'm searching some possibility to boot dos from network, but 
this is very difficult without bootrom. 
I've this question: Could I copy any files from protected partition 
(WindowsNT or Linux)  to dos partition with grub ? If this is possible, 
it would be solution for me.
