ReiserFS & GRUB

Hi,

Seems that I found a problem with ReiserFS & GRUB in
grub-0.5.96(2000-10-06).
When I install GRUB by install command to hard drive where we have
installed ReiserFS it generate such error:
29 : Disk write error
And after rebooting show just stage1 message.
But I can boot Linux manualy, I mean using boot floppy with GRUB and boot
system from it.
Probably it also problem with some of our system file, because now we
trying to develop new version of our destribution and maybe something
wrong with system, but in the same time when I start our Linux it`s works.
Seems like it`s ReiserFS problems.

We have such disks config:
/dev/hda1 - harddisk
/dev/hdc - cdrom
Where (hd0,0) is Linux partition, (hd0,1) is Swap and (hd0,2) is Windows
partition.

We test such problems in different types of drives and CDROMS, so seems
it`s not because of drive.

Please give me some solutions, because we planmed to have GRUB & ReiserFS
in the same time.
